It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Stark diagnosed it with a simple XRAY which others had said was not necessary. The office runs very well and the nurses are kind and professional.

Dr. Hernandez just wanted me in and out. I came in April 7th with symptoms of nausea, body aches, and chills and just got my blood and urine sample taken and then he wanted to send me on my way. I had to call Dr. Hernandez back in to let him know that my back pain was really bad and he prescribed me muscle relaxers and an arthritis ointment to put on my back. I wasn’t given an influenza test or Covid test. It’s now April 11th I’m still sick as I was when I went in and I blame that due to the negligent care of Dr. Hernandez. I should have been prescribed medicine that would help my case not just random muscle relaxers that don’t even work. Beyond disappointed.

They used to be good about requiring masks. Now most of the doctors and nurses do not wear high quality respirators, or any mask for that matter. Patients are not required to wear a mask. One nurse was coughing but took my temperature. I want them to understand the importance of reducing airborne illnesses. Masking and true HEPA filters in all rooms would go a long way.

I have been looking for a new primary care doctor for over a year after my previous doctor moved out of town. Dr. Hernandez listened carefully to my concerns and current medical history. Dr. Hernandez was very detail oriented when it came to issuing timely prescriptions for my daily medications. The staff at Premiere is very pleasant, professional and cheerful. I'm very glad to have found Dr. Hernandez.

Dr. Hernandez is the most caring doctor, and takes time to listen to all concerns of the patient. My Mom has been seeing him since 2022, and we're grateful to have him as her primary physician, as he happened to be treating her when he was assigned to her while she was hospitalized in 2022, and she knew right away that she wanted to change to Dr. Hernandez, and has been with him ever since. Great location with paid and convenient parking in the lot, but also usually ample parking on the street as well, if you would like to walk just a bit. Simply a great doctor, who has a heart, and listens, and explains as well, the most compassionate that we have known, an angel for us. Thank you!
