It was my understanding that Dr Marsh referred me to Dr Stark. When he was ill Dr Hernandez covered for him. I NEVER AGREED to retain Dr Hernandez, especially when he prescribed $150 medication, not covered by insurance with no explanation about side effects, purpose or any other info. I am not used to being treated like that. He refused to call Dr Wu when I requested it. He did not know the extent of my surgeries either, nor did he appear to care. I do not understand why this doctor change was made without my consent and I would appreciate an explanation. I was under the misguided info that my doctor was Dr Stark and no one had the courtesy nor respect to explain the change. This is not what has existed at Premier prior to this. When I have never needed decent care as much as now I do not understand this type of behavior by a professional. I could not be more concerned.

Dr. Stark is the first physician who did not prejudge me, but listened to me intently, asked me questions, and became my partner in my healthcare. I respect him very much as a physician. I had a condition other Docs dismissed as due to being overweight. I was getting desperate with my pain and shortness of breath. Dr. Hernandez just wanted me in and out. I came in April 7th with symptoms of nausea, body aches, and chills and just got my blood and urine sample taken and then he wanted to send me on my way. I had to call Dr. Hernandez back in to let him know that my back pain was really bad and he prescribed me muscle relaxers and an arthritis ointment to put on my back. I wasn’t given an influenza test or Covid test. It’s now April 11th I’m still sick as I was when I went in and I blame that due to the negligent care of Dr. Hernandez. I should have been prescribed medicine that would help my case not just random muscle relaxers that don’t even work. Beyond disappointed.

I could not reach my urologist, so immediately called Dr. Marsh, who squeezed me in to his filled calander. He listened first and then did everything my complaint called for; prescribed the appropriate medication and providing the information for setting up a urogram. However, a day later the situation worsened and I had to visit an emergency room and was admitted for observation.

They used to be good about requiring masks. Now most of the doctors and nurses do not wear high quality respirators, or any mask for that matter. Patients are not required to wear a mask. One nurse was coughing but took my temperature. I want them to understand the importance of reducing airborne illnesses. Masking and true HEPA filters in all rooms would go a long way.

On the down side, the assistant Alex was horrible. Didn’t seem to care about whether she was there or not. Set me up for a breathing treatment. Didn’t tell if there was a specific way to breath, normal or deep breathing, how long it would take … nothing. Just walked out. Was breathing so long I spent the last 5 minutes breathing with no vapor. Another assistant finally returned and took me off. If I owned that practice, she would be unemployed post haste.

I have been on Doctor Stark's rejuvenation and anti aging program for two years, I am 60, my wife got pregnant 18 months ago we have a 10 month old baby now and I am able to crawl around play pens, go through crawl tunnels, stroller rides, lift into car seats, change diapers everything like a 30 something plus parent. My wife and I are very grateful to Doctor Stark for getting me on the right track, and the real winner through all this is my child Matthew he probably owes more to Doctor Stark than anyone, life and a dad
