Your treatment of your patients is profoundly hypocritical. On Tuesday September 17, I had an appointment with Dr. Marsh. He was 1 1/2 hours late seeing me. I was offered a weak apology. On Thursday September 19 I had an appointment with Dr. Shear. Due to the unannounced closure of the 170 south, my 10 minute trip to your office took me an hour. Upon arriving 25 minutes late, at 11:40 am, I was informed that the doctor had left for the day. Previously I had been told that Dr. Shear would be in the office from 9-12. How long did he wait for me? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? I had arrived well within the time frame that he was scheduled to be there. Why couldn't he show me a modicum of patience that you expect from your patients. In all of the years that I have come to your office, I have never been late, even though your doctors regularly are. I arrived to my appointment, I was seeing by Dr. Aida. She asked me the reason for the visit. I told her that I had a pain on the right side bellow the armpit , she check the right and the left, than, answered to my cuestions, afterwards referred me for further investigation

I went to see Dr. Stark for a quick post-op visit. I had a 2:15pm appt and was promptly seen by him, and his assistant. My "problem list" was quickly addressed. I had blood drawn in the office, painlessly. I LOVE this office. It's convenient to my home and the staff are consistently friendly and caring. I would highly recommend them.

Well my appointment time was 2:45 & I did not see the doctor until around 4:20 pm. After an hour or so I asked the lady at the desk how much longer & she said that there were 5 people in rooms before me. So when I finally saw Dr.Stark who I like & is usually not rushed- was very rushed this time & obviously couldn’t wait for me to leave. He was overbooked, I guess & I needed some referrals which he supplied. He told me to come back

Dr. Hernandez is a good listener & is there for whatever concerns I may have; he always makes my visit easy! I also loved seeing Dr. Marsh but working for BUSD I try not to miss school, so I miss seeing him!

I am a patient of Dr. Hernandez but he was unavailable so I scheduled an appointment with Aida. Let me start by saying that I LEFT THE OFFICE CRYING. I have severe anxiety disorder and PTSD and I had been out of my anxiety medication for a week because without it I have trouble making appointments and leaving the house. I have been on the same medication for years and Dr. Hernandez has always been very calm and supportive and amazing and has helped me so much with my sobriety. But due to my anxiety I have to be on stronger medication to be able to function when it gets really bad. When I went into the appointment Aida was extremely cold and disrespectful to me. I told her that I needed to refill my PRN anxiety med script that I had ran out of and she started asking me about this random doctors name with 0 context about what the doctor was related to and I kept asking her what her question was in reference to she refused to answer me just kept asking me "Who is [Doctors Name]." Eventually I finally realized that she was talking about a medication that I switched to a different provider because they offer telehealth and brought it up and she finally told me thats what she was asking about. But instead of just saying "Hey this record shows that theres a different doctor listed for [medication], did you change providers for this [medication]" she just kept grilling me like she was trying to trap me into lying about the fact that I had switched doctors for that specific medication. Here's the thing - I never asked her to refill that script. Because I didn't need her to. So for her to berate me like I'm trying to double dip was just insanely unnecessary. So, of course, then my anxiety kicked up even more than it already was. And I tried to verbalize that to her, but she didn't care. I asked if she could help refill my anxiety medication and then she started telling me that I should go see a different doctor and not go to their office. It took me YEARS to find a doctor that I felt safe and comfortable and actually HEARD like I do with Hernandez. She started lecturing me on how patients get addicted to medications and they keep asking for more like I had asked her to triple my dose or something WHICH I DIDN'T. Then when I started having a full blown anxiety attack and started crying she switched up her "reasoning" and started spewing this BS about how "its her job to inform patients about other options" when I never asked nor wanted "other options". Eventually she agreed to actually fill out my script but then never even asked me what dose and ended up giving me the LOWEST dose probably so she can just try to prove that I'm trying to "get more" instead of actually bothering to ask me about how I have to manage my panic attacks when my PTSD and anxiety gets really bad. Then when I tried to leave the office she tried to make me stay and said she "wanted to talk" and I just left because ONE MORE SECOND with her I would have not been able to move and then she would have probably called me a drug seeker for that. SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON. DO NOT SEE HER IF YOU HAVE ANY FORM OF ANXIETY ISSUES BECAUSE SHE IS THE WORST LEAST UNDERSTANDING "DOCTOR" EVER AND SHE WILL LITERALLY JUST TRY TO TRAP YOU INTO MAKING YOU FEEL LIKE BEING ON MEDICATION FOR ANXIETY IS DRUG SEEKING AND TELL YOU TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I love Dr. Hernandez, but my experience with her was almost enough to make me stop trying to see him because when I tried to call and file a complaint about my visit with her the office told me "they don't have anything for filing complaints against doctors" and when i asked to not be paired with her ever again they told me "well you've seen her in the past" like somehow because I've seen her in the past therefore I shouldn't be allowed to ask to not ever be paired with her again??? How does that make sense!!!

As a person who tightly controls her environment, I always feel vulnerable when visiting a doctor. Dr Hernandez is peaceful, warm, welcoming and instantly puts me at ease - the peaceful music in the patient room is a nice touch…like being at a spa! It was very easy to get the appointment I needed and I felt the doctor was attentive, knowledgeable, and personable.

Dr Stark Is amazing! im in treatment and my iop made the appointment for me and I was on my way within an hour and the uber ride litetally took longer than the whole entire appointment including the wait. I highly recommend Dr. Stark. I appreciate his support and I have the concierge service with him so he’s available whenever I need to get a hold of him. My oldest son has outgrown his pediatrician and I want him to start seeing Dr. Stark as his primary doctor.

Very disappointed to see this once trusted office remove airborne mitigations. Half the staff aren’t masked while some have downgraded to baggy blues. Some of the smarter staff are in N95s at least. No clean air tools either. No mask requirements for patients either. Not ideal if you want to stay protected from airborne illnesses but have to go in. This wasn’t always the case here but alas, they’ve eroded mitigations.

Aida was amazing took her time to explain everything to me. I felt heard and like I was in good hands and on the road to healing! Thanks Aida! Staff was so nice and facility was clean. Great experience!

I deducted one star for a particular reason. This took place in the "previous to last" visit of mine to his office when i noticed a change unusual in Doctor Marsh's examination style; he mentioned a test and followed by having an assistant come into the examination room and she did a rehearsed short presentation/sales type of introduction to the examination procedure; apparently it would be summed up by the results and a following possible medical order. I am not calling this sales event positive or negative. I merely noticed it as completely different from his usual style of examination, which from myself and the good doctor has always been styled at the examination with a quick yet quite educational answers to any questions I may be considering at this time. I will mention that in 35 years of our doctor/patient relationship that Doctor Marsh uses with me, I never leave the office without having received clear educational answers to my questions in the briefly concerned style that I am accustomed to expecting from Doctor Marsh. I have been coming here for awhile now. I first saw Dr. Stark back when they were inside the hospital at St.Joseph. And since they moved to Vineland Ave I have been with Dr. Hernandez. Over 8-10 years at least. Dr. Hernandez has been great. And he has helped with many referrals. Yesterday I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment for the end of the day. And I already have my referral appointment set up.

Dr Marsh has been my doctor for some years. I was very hesitant at first because my previous primary was an absolute gem, but he moved and told me I'd be transferred. Dr Marsh is also amazing. Dr. Marsh is a terrific physician and always gives quality care and really cares about his patients. he has been my doctor for over 20 years. His facility and his team at his new location on Vineland Avenue are incredible. I highly recommend them

I am an Australian living in the USA, been here 17 years and it took me a good while before I found a great doctor here, when I say great I’m referring to how I’m used to it back in Australia!! It was like I hit the jackpot GP! Care, time, kindness, loads of information, you never feel like he’s in a hurry, he really cares about each individual patient and you just know he loves his job and helping people! Isn’t that what it is about! Sometimes your appointment may be delayed, but that’s only because of the care and time he’s giving with the patient before you! So know you’ll get your full time in there and his undivided attention too! The staff are all lovely! It’s a win win ! ❤️

Dr. Marsh has taken care of my health since 1993. He is very caring, gives me the time that is needed to answer all my questions, and I always leave feeling that I will get the help I need to deal with whatever health issues I have. Dr. Stark takes time to listen to concerns and answers questions in a manner one can understand. He provides a more Holistic approach to recommendations and is not fast to give you medication that you may not need. I appreciate his honest approach to my health care.

Easy, same-day appointment made for a critical issue I was having. Dr Hernandez was great.

These days it seems like most of the PCPs out there are too afraid to see patients with cold-like symptoms. Too chicken to do their own job. That’s how I ended up with Dr. Hernandez. He took me in the same day and diagnosed me with a bacterial infection rather than a viral. How was a tele-visit going to see the inflammation in my ear? I ended up getting sent to a specialist who was able to correct my reoccurring issue and literally changed my life. I’ve since gone back, again same day appointment, and gotten prescriptions filled for needed medications. I’m very happy with Dr. Hernandez and will recommend him with confidence.
